Global Support Our Rapid Response team is available to deploy immediately with all required equipment in order to get to your site as soon as humanly possible. This allows for faster and timelier incident response and handling. With this capability, we have a dedicated staff that maintains current visas with several countries, allowing us to be on-site to more than 150 countries within 24 hours. A complete list is provided here. Each of our Rapid Response consultants is prepared 24 hours a day to deploy to a customer incident with the following equipment: - Two (2) ultra high-end laptop systems, loaded with commercial and open-source Incident Response, Computer Forensics and Malicious Code Analysis software in order to conduct complete on-site analysis.
- Two (2) external 1TB hard drives for media collection as well as an external Blu-ray disc burner with twenty (20) 50GB Blu-ray disks to maximize data collection
- One (1) Logicube high capacity data collection system, capable of data collection speed up to 4 GB per minute.
- One (1) complete Computer Forensics hardware kit that includes all necessary SATA, IDE, SCSI and USB read/write devices, cables and power supplies.
- One (1) portable external printer in order to print documents and reports.
- One (1) digital camera and photography equipment to document evidence.
- Personal items and clothing in order to support a 5-day trip.
We also have a dedicated black-bag consultant that is available to deploy immediately in order to collect data, hardware or perform data imaging. This option is ideal for the following solutions: - International Response. If we are unable to obtain or do not have a valid Business visa for travel to a particular country, we can send a consultant in to perform black-bag acquisition. This consultant will be on-site for one (1) day to collect physical media, log the data and hand courier it to a Computer Forensics lab.
- Cost Efficient Solution. In order to save costs on travel, lodging and incidentals, we can have a consultant perform a black-bag acquisition. This generally allows for usually a single overnight stay versus 5-10 nights on a typical incident. This option also will save on acquisition and analysis costs, as this will be performed in our dedicated computer forensics lab. This lab contains state of the art F.R.E.D. systems from Digital Intelligence for data acquisition and custom built system designed for high efficiency data processing analysis.
