Compensation - Our goal is to provide excellent professional services to our customers and outstanding benefits to our employees. We begin by pay our employees appropriately, based on location, skills, experience and clearance levels, on a case by case basis. Medical Plan – We currently provide medical insurance to our employees and families through Aetna OpenAccess. The company pays 99% of the premiums in order to minimize the financial burden on the employees. Dental Plan – In conjunction with the medical insurance, we offer 2 separate dental insurance programs for our employees and their families. These benefit premiums are also covered at 99% by the company. Vision Plan – Vision insurance is currently covered through VSP, also at 99% coverage by the company. Pooled Time Off (PTO) - Due to our global reach and commitment to our employees, we have decided to enact a global Pooled Time Off policy beginning on January 1st, 2010. This pool of hours will allow employees to take off holidays that coincide with their customer, family and religious schedules. Each employee’s pool begins at 200 hours and can be built upon by bonus time and longevity with the company. Sick Time - At d3 Services, we encourage employees to stay home when they are ill. In order to support the welfare of the employee and their co-workers, each employee is automatically authorized 3 days of sick time per illness. Life Insurance – Employees are automatically covered under the employee group life insurance coverage for 1 times their salary, at no cost to the employee. Employees can elect to purchase additional coverage, as well as purchase dependant life insurance at reduced rates. Employee Rewards Program – We provide several rewards and recognition programs in order to properly thank our employees for their outstanding efforts. These programs and rewards range from paperweights to gift certificates to paid vacations for 2. We don’t like to see hard work and dedication go unrecognized. Maternity/Paternity Leave - All expecting mothers will receive 8 weeks of paid maternity leave, when they decide the time is right, and in addition to the 12 weeks of unpaid leave available under the Family Medical Leave Act. Fathers will receive a complimentary 2 weeks of paid paternity leave. Family Medical Leave Act - In order to fully support the Family Medical Leave Act, our employees and customer needs, we work with several local staffing agencies to find excellent temporary replacements of our employees when necessary. We commit that our employees will always have a job to come back to. Military Leave - As a Veteran Owned Small Business, to say that we support military members is an understatement. We provide supplemental Military Leave pay for 2 week each calendar year. Additionally, if a service member is called to active duty, we will provide supplemental pay for a full year and keep a position in the company for them indefinitely. 401k Retirement Planning - All new for 2010 is a 401k option for employees. d3 Services will match 100% of the employees contribution, up to 5% of their salary. Our vesting is 100% after 2 years of service.
